We create user-friendly forms and documents in Adobe Acrobat PDF, with form fields, hyperlinks and bookmarks. We also make Accessible PDFs for the vision impaired to government standards.

Templates

We specialise in creating custom templates that are both innovative and user-friendly. We’ve worked on posters, flyers, factsheets, reports, slide-show presentations, agendas, invoices, minutes, and forms and many more. We work directly with organisations, companies, and governments, as well as with designers. We can transform their designs from source artwork, usually Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, into a functional template.
We can also create most assets, information graphics and icons as vectors in your templates.
Our services extend beyond just template creation. We offer follow-up instructions and support to users on how to best approach different aspects of the templates. This includes videos with onscreen demonstrations or template notes.
We also offer backup; after you lay something out yourself, we can tweak the layout, jazz it up, and bring it to a professional standard.
As we are also graphic designers, we can create visually appealing templates based on your brand identity and logo. We can even design a new branding approach to use in your templates. Our dual skills in design and template creation place us in a unique position to create branding or design that works best in your templates.

We specialise in making slide presentations and documents look professional and impressive. We can create them from scratch or tweak your own layouts.
We’ve laid out major annual reports for different branches of government in MS Word.
Our layout services are available at reduced rates for university students; we also cater to research projects, proposals, businesses, organisations, government agencies, corporations, and more. We also collaborate with designers who create documents or presentations and replicate them in the required format.
We are experts at creating numbered headings and listings, which many people find challenging to master in MS Word. We can program paragraph styles automatically to perform this task for you, saving you time and effort. With several years of experience, we excel at creating accessible files to Australian and Victorian government standards for the visually impaired. In fact, our Head Designer/Creator, Sam, has worked in-house for the Victorian government, creating accessible layouts.
